This tableware was created
from the observation of actions
that are carried out
while drinking tea or coffee.
The person pouring holds the lid with one hand
and pours with the other.
Two hands are needed
to perform one action.
This coffee pot can be poured with one hand.
To pour with the milk jug, you tilt your wrist.
Only the top and bottom of the ear
are indispensable when lifting the cup
What was not essential
has been left out, changed and updated
In this way, a highly simplified form emerged.
Formally referring to ancient counterweights
this service wants to throw off all excess ballast.
